Generally, after we ship your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes up to 5-6 days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.
Corona Virus Situation
Due to the Corona virus situation in China the packages will be delayed because of the massive backlog of packages. The carriers only have 60% capacity during startup until all airlines start their routes again out of China. Although they are working 24/7, please allow extra time for the carrier to process the packages and for your tracking code to appear online.
